Inspired by ChampagneHeathen’s post, I feel the need to respond. Not on behalf of all men. Just for me.
So here goes:
If I ever manage to understand women I will become a rich man. Women are unfathomable. They are an enigma wrapped in silk and satin and perfume aromas that are so beguiling they lead me happily astray.
Who said we need to explore space and the ocean depths when we still have to learn how to love, live with and care for women. We know so little about them. We think we know a lot about them. I think I know more than the next bloke but in reality, I do not.
I am glad I don’t otherwise my lifeswork would be seriously boring.

As to understanding men, eish - I cannot (and I could write pages about one in particular right here). Have given up - they can sukkel to understand me instead.

I struggle to agree with the ‘all the best men are in Cape Town’ bit, but I definitely agree with not understanding women.
I made it my mission to slowly but surely start to understand them, and just when I think I’m almost there, something happens and I need to start from scratch.
Enigma? Try total bloody mystery. But I still love them.
There are days when I don’t get myself either. And yes, we’d all be bored if we understood each other better.

I understand women except for a couple but I guess that’s all it takes to keep you baffled for an entire lifetime.

I read this post and of course had to go over to read Champagne Heathen’s also.
All I can say is that I have a hard time getting people altogether. I hear what they say but wonder what on Earth they mean..?! Must be me. At least my husband says so.
Women, can’t live with them…..yeah, can’t live with them.

you’re right, all the best men are in CT but they’re unfortunately all gay…ok relax in your panties folks….soooooo many are. don’t try and understand women rob, we don’t even understand ourselves.
