How come mine and La Dolce Vita’s links are not working? You no like me no more!!!! And I even offered my cats to your dawg!
Are you seriously Namibian? My first crush was a Namibian cousin of our neighbours, Andrew was his name. I was 8 years old. He was about 23 and drop dead gorgeous!!! And kind to children and animals too. Hmmm…. Gotta blog about him one of these days…
Last week plums - this week bomb scare… I guess I’m coming up in the world!
(though I’m not sure I can top that one next time around)
Misty:URL error fixed. Yes I truly am a Namibian. A Suid Wester through n through. I was drop dead gorgeous once upon a time but then I grew up.
We decided to go away for a long weekend before I start, might help with finding direction. Thanx for the compliment!!
Michelle: Knowing you, you will best the bomb story. Hell kiddo, you have a Landy and with this vehicle, you will never be short of a story to tell!
ShutterJane: You will find that you are headed in the right direction already. Go girl! Do not look back.
Perhaps I can get one to actually explode next time, and take a picture of it?
But yes - if all else fails, there’s the Landy - and perhaps by next week I’ll have an adventure to relate (if I can just get that alternator out tomorrow).
Never forget that a hammer applied to the alternator when you experience bad starts or no starts except a clicking sound, will do the job!
Also ask a Landy expert if you need more than two spanners to dismantle the entire vehicle. The old Landies were made this way to make dismantling and putting together again very easy on the toolbox load! I can’t recall the two sizes but a half inch was one of them
