iProtest 2.0

You so know that I will protest about self promoters & spam on popularity voting sites like Muti.

iProtest 2.0 is dedicated to whatever was never prevented previously , or for what’s probably #1 for tomorrow and what today might still chuck up.

iProtest 2.0 was never an option before but now, here it is.

If you want your articles to be #1 on sites like Muti, then write something that will capture people’s interest, leave them thinking they have learnt something and you will get your deserved votes.

But if you push out second rate nonsense or even compose genius literature and think it is deserving of the #1 slot, do not vote for your own article(s) nor spam the sites with many articles from your site. If popularity is what you crave, then you sure are going about earning respect and popularity the wrong way.

Instead, leave the rating of your work to us. Yes, like it or not, we readers are the barometer, the litmus and taste test of what can be regarded as quality and relevent or not. Also, never set your popularity expectations too high because your arrogance may go punished and a dented ego is awful for you to contend with. But that is the reality of life and blogosphere. Cruel? Never. Objective at best. Fair? No, but it is the best of the options available.

Please do not spam or vote for yourself on Muti or on any other site that incorporates a voting process. You are only fooling yourself if you do and you won’t learn what is needed by you to improve your writing craft. Nic Haralambous and I support the voting down of blatant spammers and self-promoters.

some people like to blow their own trumpet. Helps them feel less alone and empty. Bless. I always have a vision of a lone, pompous fellow bustling around an empty football field, trumpeting away on his highly polished phallic object. Poor bastards.

By the way Bert. How’s the pooch and will you post more vids of those lovely ridges?

Nic,
Protest 2.0 is the new way. The blog way! Shocked that we two have not been hauled up outside the town walls and had the multitudes stone us to death for heresy!

Dolce,
Blowing a phallis might be one way of ensuring your article gets the votes but why lower oneself and not let the writing do the speaking or blowing for you?
