Namibia can be proud of their performance against Ireland in the Rugby World Cup. The Namibians pushed Ireland and to take two tries against a premier team is no mean feat.
Final score : 32-17 to Ireland. Read a full match report here and here
There is a long way to go in the World Cup and Namibia must surely be taking away a lot of confidence from yesterday’s game.
Go Namibia!

I missed the game, but from the score and what I heard, it sounded like a great game. The Namibian team can learn a lot in this world cup, they can be proud of there progress.
Absolutley agree! The guys here in UK are talking about the match. Their tone indicates to me that Namibia has the true potential to upset a giant. Our Namibians have struck a chord within the International Rugby scene.
They need to capitalise on their form and take the games to the opponents. There is nothing to fear, everything to gain and as the opponents will have a part of their mind worrying about this team of Namibians as potential Goliath slayers, which is good, our guys must exploit the slight distraction to the full and push home this tiny advantage.
Again, to take two tries off Ireland is a major boost to our credentials at the World Cup.
Go Namibia!
Even the warmup game with South Africa, was of great joy to me. kept me on the end of my seat all the way.
Even though though they got whipped, with a near cricket score, that 5 pointer in the first ten minutes just made my day. We just need to compete more on such levels, to improve their game.
