Let’s now all go smack Guy Kawasaki because a guy called Michael Young says we should not bother with Guy. Shame on you Guy for not issuing a “Don’t Waste Your Time With Me” warning. Tut tut.

But let’s get serious. As you, I, the world and blogosphere know, Guy Kawasaki is a fabulous and pre-eminent blogger, a grand essayist, a must read author and a Venture Capitalist. Anyone here ever heard of Michael Young, bloggist? No? Mmmm

Guy is also a great public speaker. Fun too. Yes, maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but the bloggers at Michael Young’s site seem to fail to grasp what Guy is about.

I just bet Michael Young surveyed several start-ups who had applied and succeeded in getting funded by Garage to get their view on the professionalism of service they experienced at Garage. I think he (Mr Young), misses the message and simply does not know about the good Guy Kawasaki does for start-ups. I am certain Guy has professional staff with requisite experience managing Garage.

Any way this is my tilt at defending a great guy (pun intended) from misconstrued and opinionated people who envy success and know no better than to slag of a very successful man. I am certain that Guy does not need defending but hey, like Mr Young and his crew, I voiced my view too.
