When I lost 10 pounds, it took me 5 weeks. I’m a 5ft 7in Male. This came through eating just 3 main meals a day, having no other snacks and resisting cravings:
-Fruit & Cereal in the Morning
-Sandwich & Fruit at Lunchtime
-A Light Balanced Meal at Teatime
I also increased my excersise. I walked everyday, skipped and boxed every other day and swam and cycled a couple of times a week.
How did you be so motivated? I was supposed to start gym last night but it was Monday and a bad day and the traffic looked bad and I was hungry and tired and heck I’ll start tomorrow. But here I am typing this…
At least my fingers get great exercise.
