Hi, my name is Rob and I’m recovering from job burnout.
I had a bad burn out. I ignored the warning signs. It reached the lowest point when I began to physically suffer because of it. Angina attacks are painful and absolutely not where you should let yourself get to. I did because I refused to let burnout or the boss get to me. Both did. I lost out.
So I was off work for a while and I went for check-ups and tests and also did a lot of thinking about me, my future and the job. But I am not the expert at advising you on Job Burnout and how to prevent it or recover from it. Ask you HR department, friends and search the web for advice. Do not delay. Act now and prevent the low point and physical distress I experienced.
To see if you could be close or at risk of burnout, go and do this BURNOUT TEST . If you’re close to burnout you will probably already know it. Short fuse, and loathing the office are just two signs to look out for! You may feel irritable, overworked and underappreciated.
I found the test at Bnet. And you should also read up here on how to Avoid Burnout
Whatever you do, do not let yourself reach job burnout. If you have the links above can advise you how to recover and get your health back and also either a refreshed attitude to the job or a new career.
Do not burnout.

Hey Elize!
You be careful too. Read the “How to Avoid Burnout ” section.
Don’t become the impossible imbecile I was. Stubborn was my name. Burnout my reward.
Don’t get ther. Life and work is far better without the burnout.
