Just because you do not get invited to dance, dine, party, go on a trek or share in a corporate success does not mean you should think it is your fault and therefore label yourself as an unpopular person and a failure.
Stop it! I forbid you to think you are a failure. You will immediately stop doing ‘failure’.
Failure does not exist. It is a myth.
From now, you and I will only get different results to what we expected.
Edison did. 2,000 times and I bet you and I will never attend 2,000 parties or have 2,000 heartbreaks or jobs or souffle’s not rise. He just accepted that he was learning 2,000 different ways how not to make a lightbulb.
So never ever use the ‘failure’ word again. Ever.
UPDATE:
I kept hearing people at work, at supermarkets, in the pubs and in blogs saying they are ‘failures’ at this or that. For some reason, my subconcious zeroed in on this word and kept alerting me to it whenever I was within earshot of a conversation.
So like most goodly people, I earwigged (eavesdropped) and lo and behold, there was that word being used. This is what inspired this little blog.
