Have you ever watched a corporation commit business suicide?

I am constantly amazed at how after consecutive years of poor revenue returns, a Board of Directors can in clear conscience elect to downsize the workforce from the rank and file. Why must these people pay the penalty for the arseholes at senior management level that created & caused the profit warnings? After all, it is their pisspoor management that creates the crisis, so why should these idiots remain safe from the cull? This is not good.

In this set of circumstances, Senior Sales management should be the first to go. Because why? Because they will repeat the mistakes. If these clowns cannot provide the product or motivate their sales force to bring home the results, then guess where I think they belong?

So please bring in the new blood & say good riddance to non-performing execs BEFORE you cut the workforce and lose key personnel.
